Canon 7D, 70-300 f/4-5.6L at 300 mm, Kenko 2x Teleplus Pro300 DGX, 1/13 second exposure at f/11, ISO200. 16 images stacked in sets of 4 in GIMP with 2x scaling, then super-stacked with an additional 2x scaling. Final adjustments in Lightroom.
